Talent Acquisition Manager

Lead and manage full life-cycle recruiting for Carvana’s Operations Talent team, driving day-to-day execution of high-volume hiring goals. Inspire and coach a recruiting team, partner with hiring managers, and use data and weekly reporting to improve recruiting effectiveness, funnel performance, and quality of hire. Oversee training, onboarding, and the candidate experience while supporting requisitions from source to hire in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
