Job Summary

Deliver exceptional, anticipatory guest experiences as a Concierge at an ultra-luxury resort. Partner with guests and internal teams to provide tailored service options, curate itineraries, and arrange tours, transport, and a range of booking needs before and after the stay. Maintain world-class local and hotel/F&B knowledge for Dubai while demonstrating strong verbal and written communication to delight guests.

•Manage pre- and post-stay correspondence to ensure a seamless guest experience.
•Share and improve knowledge to maintain a world-class, up-to-date team understanding of Dubai and the resort.
