•Guide product architecture, style strategy, materials, and innovation opportunities in partnership with the Product Team.
•Translate consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape into actionable merchandising strategies.
•Establish pricing architecture and product segmentation to support brand positioning, margin objectives, and channel strategies.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of merchandising experience within a global consumer brand, preferably in Apparel and Accessories.
•Proven experience developing global product strategies and leading seasonal merchandising processes from concept to market.
•Deep understanding of the Apparel product lifecycle, including product architecture, assortment planning, pricing strategy, and franchise management.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional stakeholders.
•Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable merchandising direction.
