General Manager - Returns Warehouse

Oversee the Returns Processing Center in Las Vegas, building the site from the ground up and leading a multi-site team of two Operations Managers, two Area Managers, and up to 400 hourly associates. Drive budget, staffing, safety, and continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and cost-efficient reverse logistics, while leveraging data analytics and automation to scale operations and manage P&L in collaboration with HR, Finance, IT and Facilities.
