Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft and send internal emails, newsletters, and intranet posts about AI topics.
  • •Prepare presentations and slides for internal AI meetings and feature launches.
  • •Design and manage surveys (e.g., in Microsoft Forms) to gather feedback from AI feature trials.
  • •Support meetings across teams and keep AI information updated on the intranet and within the AI marketplace.
  • •Manage incoming AI-related questions via email or ticketing and support training material preparation and feature rollout testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business, economics, or a related field (with some exposure to informatics or digital topics).
  • •Interest in AI and digital transformation and how these topics impact business.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German a plus).
  • •Confident using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Forms.
  • •Proactive, organized, and comfortable collaborating with different teams and joining meetings.
