Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with development, preparation, and validation of financial crimes reports and metrics for boards, committees, and senior management.
  • •Engage stakeholders to evaluate reporting needs, escalate key risks, and drive risk responses.
  • •Support technology and process change assessments to mitigate impacts to existing reports from platform modernization and improvements.
  • •Streamline and automate manual reporting processes in collaboration with the GFCC Enablement team.
  • •Execute quality controls, draft standard operating procedures, develop/maintain metric glossaries and inventories, and manage program milestone tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data management, preferably in compliance/control/risk management.
  • •Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, Power Query).
  • •Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy and/or proficiency in SQL or other data querying languages.
  • •Strong communication skills to translate findings into reports, visuals, and presentations for senior leadership and regulators.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
