Sr Counsel

Provide proactive, business-savvy legal counsel to NiSource and its operating companies on complex regulatory matters. Manage regulatory cases before the Maryland Public Service Commission, Virginia State Corporation Commission, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Review and negotiate legal documents, supervise outside counsel, anticipate business and regulatory issues, and communicate case status updates, with regular and occasional travel required.
