Key Responsibilities

•Understands the client needs and collaborates with business unit experts to identify opportunities, providing maintenance and holistic advice on client relationships.
•Execute and submit client account servicing activities within required timeframes (e.g., wires, fund transfers, account openings/closures, document imaging, issue research).
•Proactively coordinate with Relationship Management and National Client Support Services to obtain necessary information for execution.
•Handle paying/receiving activities, cash transactions, daily balancing, and adhere to Lobby Banking Operations policies.
•Mentor fellow Personal Bankers and support cross-training to improve service quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 64,170 - 102,810 annually
