Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an Auditor in Charge (AIC), executing and managing complex audits end-to-end, including planning, scope/objectives, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • •Analyze audit results and documentation to evaluate effectiveness/efficiency and synthesize audit findings into reports aligned with IAG policies.
  • •Lead client meetings and walkthroughs; develop test steps and management action plan (MAP) guidance to ensure remediation is impactful and sustainable.
  • •Delegate and review audit testing and work papers, guiding team members and coaching less experienced colleagues and co-sourced resources.
  • •Support business monitoring by tracking key metrics and trends, stay current on regulatory and industry changes, and assist with regulatory exam materials and issue follow-ups.
