Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and experience for all web surfaces, including website and documentation site
  • •Own launch assets alongside marketing to ensure moments are clear, compelling, and on-brand
  • •Establish and maintain visual quality, patterns, and consistency across web experiences
  • •Partner with designers and marketers to bring stories to life with clarity and narrative cohesion
  • •Drive the long-term web roadmap and collaborate with engineering for high-quality implementation

Key Requirements

  • •Have 8+ years of experience in web/visual/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating world-class craft, storytelling, and systems thinking
  • •Strong across UX, layout, visual design, and typography
  • •Experience designing marketing surfaces for technical, B2B, or product-led companies
  • •Understand how to collaborate with engineers and think in HTML/CSS/React constraints (coding skills not required, but deep understanding is)
  • •Sharp eye for visual consistency, motion, micro-interaction quality, and illustration
