Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Construction

Act as the day-to-day client interface delivering value-added cost management across a portfolio of complex capital projects, from large-scale campus developments to technically complex facilities. Lead cost planning and estimating, review design and contractor inputs, reconcile changes, and manage valuations, change control, contingencies, and final accounts. Produce monthly cost reports and support benchmarking, value engineering, and funding presentations while mentoring team members.
