Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a world-class customer experience to Lucid customers (internal and external).
  • •Facilitate vehicle movements, including dropping off/picking up customer and inventory vehicles and loaners and moving between locations or offsite lots.
  • •Manage inventory readiness activities such as washing, staging, charging, and software updating vehicles.
  • •Assist in lot management to ensure vehicles are organized and ready for sale.
  • •Coordinate with external carriers for loading/unloading, conduct inspections, and log required paperwork.
