Build relationships with customers in El Dorado while diagnosing their daily financial needs through needs-based conversations. Deliver excellent service in person and over the phone, educate customers on retail products and digital solutions, and accurately complete financial transactions while meeting regulatory and policy requirements. Coordinate with internal departments and refer complex needs to bank specialists, helping achieve individual and branch sales and service goals.
