Key Responsibilities

•Own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts—from prospecting and demos to closing high-impact deals—with East Coast brands and agencies.
•Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of 5+ Account Executives, providing day-to-day coaching and removing roadblocks.
•Pioneer and manage a robust pipeline of advertiser and agency accounts, turning ambiguity into closed enterprise partnerships.
•Translate Luma’s creative AI tools into clear, actionable ROI for marketing, brand, and creative teams.
•Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to refine go-to-market motions and feed market insights back into product development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,500 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of sales experience, ideally in creative/marketing tools, MarTech, or media
•3+ years of recent sales management experience leading a team of 5+ Account Executives
•Deep East Coast advertising/brand/agency network with active decision-maker Rolodex
•Builder mindset with ability to close deals today while scaling a team
•Based in the NYC metro area or willing to relocate
