Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow the Cardiovascular Ultrasound segment in Flanders and build relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new ones.
•Develop and execute the annual account and sales plan, provide accurate forecasts, and collaborate with channel partners as required.
•Contribute to local marketing initiatives in close cooperation with central and marketing teams.
•Position and promote Cardiovascular solutions by preparing competitive, customer-tailored quotations and tender submissions.
•Partner with the Application Specialist to achieve targets, drive operational excellence, and ensure disciplined lead and opportunity management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
•Experience in a sales role within Healthcare, preferably in Medical Imaging or cardiovascular-related fields
•Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
•Strong communication and negotiation skills
•Understanding of hospital structures and decision-making processes
