Job Summary

Lead development within the Global SAP S/4 Development team, supporting PUMA’s SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC landscapes. Own the global SAP code base by designing, developing, and maintaining resilient solutions aligned with Clean Core principles and SAP best practices. Partner with solution architects and consultants, guide developers, perform code reviews and quality checks, and drive complex or urgent technical deliveries in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with the Global SAP S/4 Development team to design, develop, and maintain PUMA’s global SAP code base.
•Provide guidance and direction where necessary, including stepping in to deliver complex or urgent developments.
•Conduct code reviews and quality checks to ensure resilient, high-performing SAP technical solutions.
•Collaborate with solution architects, internal and external consultants, and other teams across Global ERP.
•Align development work with SAP’s strategy, Clean Core principles, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a member of an international SAP development team in fast-paced, global environments.
•Deep expertise in SAP ABAP with exposure to SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC landscapes.
•Hands-on capability to step in to deliver and guide other developers when needed.
•Strong collaboration across regions, functions, and external partners to enable seamless global delivery.
•Business-fluent English and strong intercultural communication skills.
