Job Summary

Own the communications strategy for all Growth Businesses verticals, shaping product and internal startup narratives and translating complex business stories into compelling public communications. Lead major product and country launches from messaging and cross-functional alignment to media rollout. Build and sustain multi-vertical positioning, develop thought leadership for vertical leaders, and create PR campaigns that drive awareness. Supervise regional PR execution across 10–15 markets and advise business teams to keep comms aligned with priorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full communications strategy across Growth Businesses verticals, including narrative, key messages, campaign focus, creative direction, and end-to-end execution
•Lead public launches for major product updates, new features, and new country launches, from strategy and messaging to cross-functional alignment and media rollout
•Build and maintain the multi-vertical narrative, positioning the Superapp story in global and local media and integrating purpose-driven messaging
•Develop thought leadership for vertical leaders through media placements, conferences, and speaking opportunities
•Supervise regional PR execution across ~10–15 focus markets and act as a communications advisor to Growth Business unit teams to align comms with business priorities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 48,300 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in communications, PR, or corporate/product communications, ideally in a tech, startup, or international environment
•Design and own complex, multi-stakeholder communications programs from strategy to execution
•Expertise across media relations, product PR, thought leadership, campaigns, social media, and strategic messaging
•Translate technical and commercial product/business stories into compelling narratives in partnership with product and business teams
•Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or Marketing (Master's preferred)
