Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, including driving branch performance through leading, coaching, and managing the team.
  • •Drive business development and branch revenue by expanding Small Business expertise and growing Mass Affluent relationships through appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics, including completion of required training.
  • •Oversee human capital decisions such as interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, development planning, and annual performance reviews and counseling.

Key Requirements

  • •Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise, or equivalent experience/performance.

  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, and prioritization skills; strong written and verbal communication.
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check.
