Build full-stack products that deliver AI-enabled, human-led healthcare experiences, working closely with Product, Design, and ML research to ship and iterate in production. Key Responsibilities

•Work with Product and Design to ship and iterate on AI-enabled care product experiences that improve patient engagement and outcomes.
•Partner with ML research to bring AI/LLM techniques into clinical care and ship them in production.
•Improve the physician-facing care platform and integrate AI tooling to increase physician efficiency and clinical capability.
•Build enterprise integrations including EMR integrations, claims data structuring, and HIE records parsing.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with product, clinical, and commercial teams to deliver end-to-end healthcare workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 225,000 annually

•Experience building at scale serving hundreds of thousands of end users and large enterprise clients.
•Hands-on experience building consumer-facing products from the ground up.
•Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives through ambiguity.
