Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
  • •Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • •Provide and/or coordinate on-the-job training and validate completion for team members.
  • •Monitor process data (including SPC) and make decisions to maintain process control; recognize conditions requiring escalation.
  • •Operate and maintain equipment interfaces (including forklift/crane when required), and coordinate cross-functional tests and problem-solving while collecting and reporting data.
