Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop external and implantable mechanical systems and components for medical devices.
  • •Support products from concept development through prototyping, manufacturing, and market introduction.
  • •Establish mechanical requirements and specifications with cross-functional teams and maintain required design documentation (e.g., Design History File).
  • •Develop and execute design-of-experiments, component testing, and verification/validation activities, including failure investigations and root-cause analysis.
