Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing project specifications, materials, labor costs, and other cost drivers to build budgets.
  • •Manage project budgets throughout construction by monitoring costs, tracking expenditures, and identifying variances to stay within budget.
  • •Support tendering by preparing tender documents, analyzing bids, and helping negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • •Administer construction contracts, including reviewing terms, processing change orders, and supporting resolution of disputes and claims.
  • •Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and maintain cost control by implementing value engineering, risk mitigation, and regular cost/progress reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of working experience, including 3 years relevant experience in quantity surveying/cost estimation for construction projects.
  • •Expertise in computer-based quantification and cost estimating systems, including CCS (Candy).
  • •Knowledge of quantity takeoff and bill of quantities preparation methods and principles of measurement.
  • •Strong AutoCAD capability for quantity takeoff.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
