Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect stakeholder information and conduct data reviews for design analysis.
  • •Prepare design layouts, timelines, and budget calculations.
  • •Monitor renovation works by vendors and/or internal maintenance teams to ensure compliance with design specifications and schedules.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to manage non-fit-out items and purchase arrivals, and anticipate challenges impacting go-live timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
  • •Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar engineering project management role.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • •Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • •Proficiency in technical software related to the engineering field such as AutoCAD.
