Key Responsibilities

  • •Sell VIP upgrades, premium seats, priority entry, and related premium upgrade products and experiences.
  • •Handle VIP sales end-to-end, including pitching, payment processing, and experience fulfillment.
  • •Check in, escort, and assist VIP clientele throughout their venue visit to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • •Recognize Foundation Members, Live Nation Executives, and VIP clients to reinforce membership appreciation.
  • •Coordinate nightly VIP setup and operations with venue leadership, servers, and security to deliver premium experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and/or VIP nightclub operations and guest relations.
  • •Experience selling to high-end, VIP clients.
  • •Ability to diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • •Must have a flexible schedule.
