Production Supervisor (Construction) - 1st/2nd Shift

Supervise the production department to meet cost, profit, and production goals across multiple shifts and departments. Lead employee training and development, manage productivity, and resolve operational problems. Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives, including compliance with UFP policies and safety standards. Evaluate performance, coach and counsel employees, manage inventory, and prepare reports while maintaining daily communication and accountability on the plant floor.
