Key Responsibilities

  • •Day-to-day management of cost management activities, including project delivery, forecasting, invoicing, and resource management.
  • •Deliver cost management services such as cost estimates, cost reporting, tender documentation, contract administration, claims review, and final accounts.
  • •Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients and manage cost management project pipeline and invoicing.
  • •Independently manage and resolve complex project issues and deliver work outputs accurately and on time.
  • •Lead AESG-wise project management and support business development, bid pricing, negotiation, and proposal submissions as required.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or a contracts-related field.
  • •Minimum 4 to 8 years of professional experience in cost management.
  • •Ideally qualified to MSc level with relevant academic and/or post-academic professional qualifications.
  • •Extensive experience and high-level competencies in specialized cost management areas.
  • •Ability to manage and resolve complex project issues with limited supervision.
