Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and develop the Satellite Scenario and Capital team.
  • •Provide capacity analysis for strategic business plan options feeding monthly S&OP SRx scenarios.
  • •Manage and update the line of sight to Micron Capital Budget and saving projects on a biweekly/monthly basis.
  • •Improve business plan processes and monthly Pre-SRx scenario study process.
  • •Support emerging projects with planning and integration, including capacity studies and Greenfield planning/capex management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Proven ability in semiconductor planning with leadership experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of front-end semiconductor fab processes, including planning systems/tools and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • •Proven leadership delivering sophisticated, cross-functional initiatives by translating ambiguity into structured solutions with strong execution and prioritization.
  • •Experience leading people and resources, including team development, mentoring, conflict management, and allocating resources to achieve business outcomes.
