Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of nuclear power generation projects, including modifications, life extension, uprates, equipment integration, engineering studies, licensing support, outage support, and capital programs.
  • •Define delivery approach, governance, and execution plans aligned with client expectations and acceptance criteria.
  • •Direct multi-disciplinary teams and manage subcontractors/vendors, coordinating interfaces across plant stakeholders as applicable.
  • •Ensure nuclear safety culture and compliance with regulatory and quality requirements (e.g., client QA programs and regulated nuclear documentation practices).
  • •Own project performance across budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue recognition inputs, invoicing coordination, margin outcomes, and schedule execution with recovery plans as needed.
