Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, co-prepare, and implement the HR policy for the factory to realize Kraft Heinz HR strategy
  • •Foster collaboration, advise, and build relationships with factory employees and managers
  • •Ensure correct interpretation and consistent application of terms and conditions
  • •Serve as confidant and advisor for employees
  • •Identify organizational needs and take action to address them

Key Requirements

  • •HB0 level (HBO) education in management or HR
  • •Minimum 1 year of work experience
  • •Fluent in English and Dutch
  • •Ability to communicate information and advice to multiple stakeholders (management and shop floor)
  • •Customer-focused and service-oriented with collaboration skills
