Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor flight data to identify instances where flight operations are not in line with applicable flydubai requirements, standards, and procedures.
  • •Ensure effective operation of the Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) system by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve system issues.
  • •Generate FDM trend analysis reports and co-author FDM safety newsletters to support safety awareness and operational improvement.
  • •Analyze flight data to identify, filter, and distribute gaps or issues, sharing findings for stakeholder review and resolution.
  • •Serve as system administrator for assigned safety applications (including FDM and SMS), maintaining user access, system records, and data.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (3+ years) in an aviation-related discipline.
  • •Flight Data Monitoring experience.
  • •Knowledge of the GE FDM system.
  • •Fluent in English (other languages an advantage).
  • •5–7 years with qualifications (or 7–9 years without qualifications, if applicable).
