Key Responsibilities

•Develop and iterate full-lifecycle safety risk control strategies for TikTok Live scenarios.
•Translate safety control requirements into product logic and system capabilities across algorithm interception, human moderation intervention, and user education/appeals.
•Establish and improve live safety metric systems and track strategy performance using massive data analysis and user feedback.
•Continuously optimize strategy effectiveness through A/B testing and other methodologies.
•Collaborate cross-regionally and cross-functionally with global operations, legal, public relations, algorithm, and engineering teams to deliver large-scale projects, ensuring localization compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above and 3+ years of experience in internet strategy products, risk control, Trust & Safety, or content/moderation governance.
•Proficiency applying AI and LLMs (including multi-modal models) to risk control and content governance.
•Ability to develop and drive implementation of LLMs for live safety scenarios such as violation context understanding and risk interception.
•Strong data insight and analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL and experience with A/B testing and bad case analysis.
•Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills in a complex matrix organization.
