Key Responsibilities

  • •Design the customer’s System of Work across functions using Atlassian tools and platform capabilities.
  • •Lead workflow and operating model transformations from current to future state, including governance, CoE structures, and RACI.
  • •Own target-state enterprise architecture for strategic customers, covering full-stack patterns, identity/SSO, data residency, integrations, and migration paths.
  • •Co-design AI-native workflows using Rovo agents, knowledge grounding, Teamwork Graph enrichment, AI governance, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
  • •Lead executive discovery and orchestrate cross-team execution, then mentor solutions architects/partner architects and feed insights back to Product.

  • •8+ years in customer-facing technical, advisory, consulting, or transformation roles.
  • •Own and deliver end-to-end transformations for Fortune 1000, large regulated, or public sector customers (not just scoping).
