Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a virtual clinic setting.
  • •Implement family-based treatment (FBT) and CBT-E (including CBT for ARFID) across the lifespan for patients and loved ones.
  • •Maintain a caseload of 30–40 with an expectation of 20–26 hours of direct care and time for administration.
  • •Assess and diagnose mental health conditions and support ongoing patient and family needs.
  • •Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team and communicate via between-session messaging using Equip’s EMR.

Key Requirements

  • •Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in New Jersey.
  • •Ability to support a caseload of patients across ages, co-occurring conditions, backgrounds, and varying acuity.
