Key Responsibilities

  • •Open up a new market for ElevenLabs in the region by building the team and winning first strategic customers.
  • •Meet with strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs and identify key pain points.
  • •Build and lead a team of forward-deployed engineers in-region to implement voice and audio AI technology into customer solutions.
  • •Design and architect bespoke integrations and guide customers on best practices for implementing the models.
  • •Present results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite stakeholders, and collaborate with Research and Product to incorporate field insights.

  • •Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at customer or partner organizations.

  • •Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for scripting, prototyping, and demo building.
  • •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including summarizing complex technical concepts.
