Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS, software licensing, vendor, procurement, partnership, and cross-border transactions.
  • •Provide pragmatic legal advice to business units on commercial issues, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation.
  • •Develop and maintain standard terms and templates and legal policy guidelines for commercial and legal protection.
  • •Support senior legal team members in handling commercial disputes, regulatory inquiries, and administrative legal tasks.
  • •Lead Legal AI Transformation by optimizing legal workflows for automation, building legal knowledge bases and AI Q&A agents, and aligning internal legal tech systems with Product, Engineering, and IT.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or equivalent legal education.
  • •2–6 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) from a reputable law firm, MNC, or fast-paced technology/TMT company.
  • •Solid commercial law fundamentals in contract drafting/negotiation and exposure to international regulatory practices.
  • •Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI and emerging legal technologies, including hands-on work with generative AI tools, legal AI tech, or contract analytics software.
  • •Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is strongly preferred.
