Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead asset and facilities management as the in-house subject matter expert, overseeing hard/soft FM services and operational readiness across assigned assets.
  • •Manage FM contract governance and ensure technical maintainability, operability, and long-term readiness of assets, including assets operated by third parties or nominated operators.
  • •Develop and implement maintenance and technical service strategies for governance, compliance, auditing, and lifecycle performance, including oversight of MEP, utilities, and building/technology infrastructure.
  • •Ensure reliable utilities and infrastructure provision (power, water, waste management, telecommunications), plan infrastructure for programming/events, and manage temporary utilities for peak demand.
  • •Coordinate site readiness and event enablement for programming activities, manage contractors and service providers (procurement, SLAs, performance, cost control), and support compliance/safety/HSE frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15+ years of experience in asset, facilities, or infrastructure management, including maintenance and infrastructure operations.
  • •Proven experience managing large-scale assets, venues, or multi-use sites, including both permanent and temporary infrastructure.
  • •Strong knowledge of MEP systems, utilities management, and building systems/infrastructure.
  • •Ability to manage technical teams and contractors, with capability in vendor and contract management (SLAs, performance, compliance).
  • •Experience coordinating with operational and event requirements, including support for large-scale events or high-footfall public environments.
