Build and evolve cloud-native trading and data solutions for the Systematic Trading Technology team. Partner with traders, quants, and business analysts to enhance trade lifecycle capabilities worldwide, optimize trading workflows and data modeling/analytics, and deliver applications/interfaces that improve investment decisions. Work in an agile, mid-size team with hands-on development, code reviews, test-case design, SDLC pipeline building, and help drive AI-driven automation, analytics, and decision support in production systems.

•Lead adoption of AI-driven capabilities (automation, analytics, decision support) within production systems.
•Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture/Infrastructure/Security teams to ensure technology and security best practices are implemented.

•Working knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
•Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
