Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct daily production workflow by analyzing reports and input from cross-functional teams using the critical ratio tool.
  • •Produce production schedules for all items and level-load daily schedules based on resource capacity and constraints.
  • •Track Repairs SIOP file and forecast for upcoming months, and Aftermarket Repairs BOS metrics.
  • •Align and set priorities for resources and shared resources across the factory to maximize efficiency and material flow.
  • •Communicate with Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Purchasing to plan or exchange offering dates that meet customer delivery requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or supply chain.
  • •Thorough knowledge of industry and complex machined materials management.
  • •Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience with MRP/ERP.
  • •Excellent communication skills across the organization and a collaborative, action-oriented mindset.
