Job Summary

Support the Health Medical Equipment business by working closely with Sales to present diagnostic ultrasound systems to customers. Deliver product demonstrations, application trainings, and technical instruction, acting as the central point of contact for application, operation, and technology questions. Analyze customer requirements to develop tailored solutions, feed customer feedback to Product Management, build relationships with decision-makers, and represent the company at conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Sales to present diagnostic ultrasound systems to customers.
•Conduct product demonstrations and application-related onboarding, including trainings and workshops.
•Serve as the central contact for customer questions on application, operation, and technology.
•Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
•Support Sales across the full sales process, pass customer feedback to Product Management, build relationships with decision-makers and reference customers, and represent the company at events.

Key Requirements

•Completed degree in medical technology, medicine, biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable alternative with MTA training and additional qualification.
•Experience in diagnostic ultrasound or imaging procedures is an advantage.
•Strong anatomical understanding and technical interest.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex content clearly.
•Very good German and good English; willingness to travel within the region and occasionally across Germany.
