Lead all aspects of an assigned bank branch, driving performance through coaching, management, and business development. Grow Small Business expertise and revenue via face-to-face client appointments, outbound calling, prospecting, and community involvement. Partner with IRM and operations teams to ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management, ethics standards, and completed training. Manage human capital decisions including hiring, performance reviews, workforce scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
