Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and direct the work of the nursing team; deputize as nurse in charge in the absence of the Line Manager or Charge Nurse/Sister.
  • •Supervise shifts to ensure compliance with clinic standards and patient pathways, delegating work to maintain full nursing coverage.
  • •Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs continuously; interpret clinical information, take remedial action, and promptly report changes.
  • •Maintain accurate patient records reflecting condition changes and treatment provided; ensure clear written and verbal communication, including handovers.
  • •Support patient transfers within and outside the hospital, contribute to patient and family health education, and provide guidance to achieve departmental standards.

Key Requirements

  • •UAE Medical Health Authority License (DHA).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience working in a hospital or similar setting.
  • •Proficiency with basic computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and stakeholders.
