Key Responsibilities

  • •Own enterprise identity strategy, governance rules, and cross-team enforcement for all identity-impacting changes across the platform.
  • •Design and evolve an agent-enabled identity model with strict boundaries, including escalation mechanisms for anomalies and boundary violations.
  • •Own the IAM product roadmap for capabilities such as provisioning, token lifecycle, audit trails, API scoping, and multi-tenant isolation.
  • •Write product requirements and user stories, and partner with engineering/design to manage human-agent boundaries and phased rollouts.
  • •Be the voice of the customer for identity/access control and coordinate roadmap dependencies across platform, infrastructure, security, and AI/agent teams.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, networking, security, or platform infrastructure roles.
  • •Deep IAM expertise including OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC, token lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, multi-tenant boundary enforcement, and audit trails.
  • •Shipped platform products where cross-team governance and wide-impact architectural decisions mattered.
  • •Architectural thinking: read technical specs, understand distributed system tradeoffs, and translate between engineering and business.
  • •Knowledge of agentic systems and autonomous agent boundaries (capability binding, intent constraints, graduated trust, escalation, drift/anomaly detection).
