Job Summary

Conduct cost-of-service studies, design rates, and prepare FERC filings for interstate natural gas pipeline services. Analyze FERC orders, coordinate tariff and data requests, and support responses tied to certificate filings. Develop rate structures and compliance reports, model scenarios, and advise on transportation/storage agreements to maximize value. Collaborate across Legal, Engineering, Commercial, Accounting, Scheduling, and Gas Control, and may provide expert testimony and mentor others.

•Collaborate with internal teams to gather data for FERC certificate filings and monitor transportation/storage agreements to maximize value.

•Minimum 4 years of interstate pipeline work experience (Sr) or minimum 6 years (Lead).
•Direct experience in the interstate regulatory area.
•Familiarity with pipeline capacity management, contract analysis, and tariff development.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational/interpersonal skills.
