Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and configure parameter settings across Trade Finance and Open Account systems, ensuring end-to-end processing and workflow stability.
•Update parameters, adjust workflows, and manage charge setups; capture logs and raise IT/Oracle support tickets as needed.
•Run basic SQL queries to validate data, verify parameters, and troubleshoot issues.
•Assist in resolving L1/L2 parameter configuration-related issues and conduct post-change sanity checks.
•Prepare and execute test cases, participate in UAT cycles, and document results and test evidence.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years’ experience in Trade Finance operations, OAF, and product parameter setup/maintenance.
•Basic understanding of Trade Finance products (LCs, Guarantees, Collections, Bills) and familiarity with Open Account/SCF.
•Ability to support requirement gathering, impact analysis, and configuration updates.
•Experience preparing SOPs, parameter logs, and system documentation.
•Strong coordination skills with Operations, Technology, QA, and business teams.
