Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage NPI product progress as a project by defining timelines, running quality meetings, and setting roadmaps for quality, capacity, and automation toward HVM readiness.
  • •Engage strategic suppliers for NPI and ongoing production to identify risks, critical parameters, and optimization opportunities.
  • •Define and implement monitoring and documentation requirements for key process steps to ensure consistency and quality.
  • •Establish supplier quality criteria and outgoing quality control (OQC) procedures before shipment; monitor yield data and quality performance to drive corrective actions.
  • •Lead cross-functional alignment with internal engineering teams and conduct supplier technical audits; drive end-to-end issue ownership to root cause and implemented solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
  • •8+ years of proven experience in engineering roles, with a significant portion focused on process management, manufacturing engineering, or NPI.
  • •Proven ability to understand complex manufacturing processes and identify critical control points.
  • •Strong background in process quality methodologies, including yield analysis, data interpretation, and root cause analysis with corrective actions through closure.
  • •Demonstrated ability to run a technical program to committed timelines and mobilize cross-functional teams without direct authority.
