Job Summary

Lead program integration for the Qatar NASAMS effort across start-up, execution, sustainment, modernization, and closeout. Coordinate internal closeout activities, maintain program management plans, metrics, and tools, and support review preparation, risk board inputs, staffing coordination, and action-item closure across IPTs and customer partners. Monitor CDRL deliveries, support life-cycle management events, prepare customer engagement materials, and serve as CAM for PMO control accounts as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate internal closeout activities for the 18-Lot Qatar NASAMS production contract, aligning with Contracts, Finance, Supply Chain, Export/Import, Engineering, and Quality.
•Maintain and update program management plans, processes, metrics, and tools for the Qatar Long Term Sustainment (LTS) contract.
•Support program execution including review preparation, staffing coordination, risk board inputs, EAC development support, and internal/external meeting organization.
•Capture, track, and ensure closure of program action items across all IPTs and customer partners; monitor CDRL deliveries.
•Support life cycle management events (Semi-Annual PMRs, Working Groups, Provisioning Conferences), prepare customer engagement materials, and serve as CAM for PMO control accounts as assigned.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree and 5+ years experience.
•Working knowledge of program management tools and basic EVMS/financial analysis and proposal development.
•Experience supporting program management activities including schedule management, action tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
•Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
•Maintain program execution processes, metrics, and tools to support contract compliance and execution excellence.
