Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a 3–4 person group to develop BLDC motor control hardware circuitry for new power tool products, including testing and associated documents.
  • •Support new electronic module manufacture building and participate in relevant tester development at suppliers.
  • •Participate in power tool phase testing and address technical issues with practical solutions.
  • •Maintain mature products lines and provide cost-down solutions to existing products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related technical fields, with knowledge of power electronics, motor control, and lithium-battery-powered systems.
  • •Minimum 12 years of experience in electronic product development, preferably in brushless motor control modules and switching power supplies.
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing BOM structure and PCBA assembly and auto-testing processes.
  • •Hands-on capability in product development and problem solving.
  • •Engineering leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of significant performance improvement.
