Key Responsibilities

  • •Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
  • •Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care and ensure to document and report any changes in accordance with the required legislation.
  • •Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
  • •Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
  • •Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory & legal requirements.
