Job Summary

Lead medical equipment sales for the assigned CMS region by directly managing Territory Managers and Sales Associates. Plan and execute regional sales programs, build relationships with key accounts, and drive performance against order counts, booked revenue, and profit targets. Hire, coach, and develop sales professionals while communicating and monitoring the CMS Strategic Plan. This role is field-based, including frequent time in hospitals and doctors’ offices, with substantial travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage medical equipment sales activities, including planning, organizing, and implementing sales programs for the assigned region.
•Engage key accounts and build relationships throughout the region.
•Meet or exceed regional performance objectives, including order counts, booked revenue quotas, and profit.
•Hire, educate, retain, and promote sales professionals; coach Territory Managers and develop them through positive reinforcement.
•Spend about four days per week in the field and represent the company professionally and ethically while communicating and monitoring the CMS Strategic Plan.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree required.
•At least 3 years of field sales experience with client focus in cardiology, medical device, and/or pharma industries.
•5+ years of experience in medical equipment sales management, preferably cardiology, with demonstrated business acumen.
•Proven sales leadership.
•Valid driver’s license.
