Key Responsibilities

  • •Create communications and electronics operating instruction documents (JCEOI) for Joint Task Force operations.
  • •Manage global frequency assignments from HF to EHF bands using Spectrum XXI and government master files.
  • •Coordinate UHF tactical satellite allocations and support satellite communications planning with Joint Staff and combatant commands.
  • •Generate, submit, validate, and track frequency assignment requests and satellite access requests through Spectrum XXI and JIST/JSPB databases.
  • •Monitor and report electromagnetic interference incidents and update Joint Restricted Frequency Lists (JRFL).
